The CDS-John Blue Impellicone Manifold comes as standard equipment on most BLU-JET NH3 applicators. It distributes NH3 across multiple rows more evenly than a standard manifold. This allows better control of targeted rates, which greatly reduces over-application. The result is less nitrogen leaching, lower variability in crop yeild, and lower overall application costs.
In combination with the BLU-JET GDI 200, producers get the ultimate in accuracy, field serviceability, and afford ability. By pumping liquid anhydrous from the tank to the manifold through a ground driven pump system, precision metering from the tank to the manifold achieved. The Impellicone manifold then ensures accuracy from the manifold to each row by spinning and mixing the two phases of liquid and gas and distributing the product evenly through each manifold port. |
